• No Returns or Exchanges: Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

• Damaged or Defective Products: If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at Meliabeautyco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos for a replacement or refund.

• Cancellation Policy: Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
