Shipping Policy for Melia’s Beauty

At Melia’s Beauty, we are committed to delivering your products with care and efficiency. Please read the following shipping policy to understand how we handle orders, shipping timelines, and any related inquiries.
1. Order Processing Time
• All products are handcrafted and made fresh upon order. Please allow 5 business days for processing before your order is shipped.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
2. Shipping Times
• Domestic Shipping (USA): Please allow 5–10 business days for delivery after processing, depending on your location.
• International Shipping: Delivery may take up to 15 business days after processing. Customs delays are beyond our control.
3. Shipping Rates
• Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package, destination, and shipping method selected at checkout.
• Free shipping is available for orders over $35 (if applicable).
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Use the provided tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
• Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at Meliabeautyco@gmail.com or call +1 929-390-6228, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
• Delayed Packages: While shipping delays caused by the carrier are beyond our control, we will do our best to help resolve any issues.
• Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging for a replacement or refund.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address.
• If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the order.
7. International Shipping
• Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees applicable in their country.
• Delays caused by customs are beyond our control.
8. Non-Delivery Due to Customer Absence
If a package cannot be delivered due to customer absence and is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
